Cooking Instructions 

The dishes we use are safe to 200 degrees Celsius in the oven and are microwave safe, the bags and labels are not oven or microwave safe so please remove the bag from your meal before heating.

Heating Instructions:
NOTE: Instructions are based on larger meals - smaller meals like pasta will take less time. Always remove lid or bag.

Microwave: Medium heat for approx. 10 minutes if frozen and 4 minutes if thawed.
If you have a defrost option then defrost for 2-3mins before heating, heat for 4mins on medium heat. Turn where possible. 
Times may vary dependent of the wattage of your microwave. 

Oven: 150ºC. 20 minutes if frozen. 10 minutes if thawed. 

Cooking Tips:
Defrosting in the microwave, turn half way through. Cooking in the microwave, turn after a few minutes where possible. Cooking in a oven, also turn where possible to get the heat even through the food. Prick roast kumara and potato with a fork to allow moisture to escape as it heat. Where needed drain off excess liquid.
