Availability and supply

All orders from our website of goods and services are subject to the availability of those goods or services. We endeavour to keep our stock levels as accurate as possible. If for any reason a product or service is not available, we will endeavour to notify of the non-availability asap. Tasty Tucker holds no responsibility for non-availability at any time whatsoever.

Returns Policy

Tasty Tucker do not have to provide a refund if you change your mind about a particular purchase and you are libel for full payment on goods and services ordered, if you choose you no longer require the goods after the order is confirmed, packed and/or shipped. We will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to help provide a remedy. 

The item I received is not the item I ordered.

We will replace the item or provide a full refund. To receive your replacement or refund you must return the original item to Tasty Tucker. You will be provided with a no-cost return-addressed satchel (or similar) and process your refund or replacement within 2–3 days of receiving your item.

The item I ordered was damaged in transit.

If your item was damaged between leaving Tasty Tucker and arriving at your delivery address, you will receive a full refund or replacement. A courier will collect the damaged parcel from your address, along with the original packaging, and once the damage has been verified your return will be processed.

Regrettably, neither Tasty Tucker nor our preferred courier can refund or replace items that have been lost, damaged or stolen after being delivered to your property.

Cancellation Policy

You will need to contact us if you wish to cancel or modify an order asap. We will happily cancel your order before it has been dispatched, although we are unable to cancel orders that have already been dispatched.


The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. We will only send you email newsletters if you explicitly opt in.

Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorised by our bank, using secure encryption.

Delivery Times

Prices for goods and services stated on our website are exclusive of any applicable delivery charges. We will use all reasonable endeavors to ensure that orders for goods are dispatched promptly after your order has been placed. We will process your order within 1 business day following payment in cleared funds. Payment by online banking cannot be checked until the next business day. For frozen meals, whilst we do pack our frozen products to withstand normal shipping times and temperatures, we cannot and do not guarantee the integrity of frozen products, that may incur shipping delays of/or unforeseen hot temperatures once the product leaves Tasty Tucker. We endeavor to make sure your order arrives as ordered, although the responsibility is with the purchaser to track their parcel once their order has be dispatched.  We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped. Please allow upto 2 days for delivery domestically.
